Exceptional

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room had a Hot stone bed, spa and sauna which were an awesome addition inside the room We utilised the use of the game room which had karaoke a pool table and darts One night after a big day we use the rooftop spa which was amazing to relaxing in The staff were always ready to help us and made it an amazing experience

Around 15-minute walk to the train station but its well worth the walk

Overall , we liked the hotel

The big toilet, soaking tub, double sinks. The spa like amenities. Room is big !

The people singing Karaoke on another room . The location as it’s too far from the station and some taxi drivers got lost finding it.

•The current staff (ladies) were wonderful and kind •The furnitures didn't feel oily and dirty unlike other places •Many fun features, Karaoke, massage chair, big bath tub •Filled amenities

The outside entrance leading to the lobby is strange

Big room, nice amenity and friendly staff

The room is huge. They have free snacks and amenities in front of the check-in counter. The breakfast is nice.

It’s a bit far from a train station (Takeda station). But it’s a walking distance. It’s around around 15min walk.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to the staff. This location has it all. It gives you everything at a touch of a button. And the staff is always ready to help us make it at amazing experience.

the staff were soo nice, the open air bath was great, the bathtub was huge with JETS, so many amenities! free snacks, bath salts, and other essentials in the lobby. room service tasted pretty good for a reasonable price. 15 minute walk from the station. the room was enormous plenty of room to unpack! there is a water dispenser in the room that has cold and hot drinking water on demand

When they say adult they mean sex hotel, sex toys in a machine in your room and a communal vibrator by the bed it was disgusting. Dust everywhere, torn carpets etc it’s miles away from the attractions unless you have a car in an industrial area

fantastic, luxury, great value

spotlessly clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room service for food. Luxury facilities in room, and guests can book private use of the secluded rooftop open air warm-water bath for free

Bed is very firm, not a bad thing for everyone but was hard for me to get a comfortable sleep

Book here only for experience, but is it really needed for you

It is kind of experience, but I would reccomend it only for one night. Room was kind of clean, but very worn out. The staff tried hard to speak English, but they usually are not in the reception so you need to wait a long time with every question you have. Honestly, I don’t think in Kyoto for tourists this should be a good place as the location is very far from the all the main spots and even train station. Maybe there are more interesting, cleaner places like that in Tokyo.

The hotel itself is very worn out. The carpets in the corridors are black, dirty and it really gives you a bad feeling even the room inside was kind of normal.

Very big room, full of facilities. Clean and comfortable. Staffs are so good, all have service minds. Recommend this hotel anytime coming to Kyoto.

Excellent alternative hotel if you don't mind staying a bit out of town.

New, spacious room equipped with numerous non standard features like a two person jacuzzi and a massage chair. A great value for money. Complimentary breakfast.

The location is a bit out of town and it is difficult to find. There are numerous hotels nearby and some share the name Lotus. You need to watch out for Lotus Hotel and SPA to go to the right accommodation.

Exceptional

Very spacious rooms. Giant bed. I misread the information here and we didn't realize that it is indeed a love hotel. But honestly it was our best stay during our trip in Japan. It's bit on the outskirts of Kyoto but fairly close to metro and train station. Jakuzzi was great too.

Location could be better, some of the furniture cold be replaced with new one.

Nice and affordable love hotel with wonderful staff.

The rooms are super spacious and offer a range of facilities. A very nice love hotel. The staff did not speak english but tried their best to understand, were always helpful and very attentive.

Came back to the room one afternoon and there was a used tissue on the bed that neither my partner or I had used…. assuming the cleaners left it by mistake. The staff were quick to resolve the issue though and were very apologetic.

Exceptional Night in Kyoto

I liked all the amenities within the room itself, such as a large bath comfortable enough for two, a jacuzzi also the same size outdoors, and a dry sauna. The bed was very comfortable, and situated right in front of a very large TV.

Only thing I didn't like is the wet sauna wasn't functional.

The room was really spacious and clean. It had a very nice luxurious feeling. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa and sauna were an awesome addition inside the room.

The photo showed a massage chair on the website however there wasn't one in the room. Not sure if that was a mixup but still thoroughly enjoyed everything else in the room.

Even tho I didn't know alot of japanese the sstaff were VERY friendly and accommodating! Also the food here was amazing you could order in the room and it arrived to your room within minutes I especially loved the desserts they're all so sweet if I ever come back I'm booking this place again and again! the hhotel room was HUGE! TWO personal saunas a personal jacuzzi/bathtub and a personal eating area! all for less than 100$ per night? loved loved loved
